Monday morning Weigh In results.

Quick post tonight - I promised myself I would get to sleep early tonight and it's already 9:20.  

Jae - down 2 lbs (woot!!  way to go!!)
Ess - down 5.9 lbs (woot!  I'll take it).

 Still feeling fantastic on my Detox/Cleanse.     Did I also mention I took all chemicals and synthetics out of my life as well?    Yup, pretty easy to do.    I found some great natural shampoo/conditioner at our local grocery store as well as some body soap.    My facial care products are John Masters Organics which I picked up at Whole Foods while I was in Toronto recently.     And my makeup is Zui Organics found at a local health food store.    You really don't have to go out of your way to replace your products to something much healthier for you.    

Well as I said, I promised myself I'd be asleep early tonight, so I will sign off now.
