On this clear cold Canadian Christmas Eve morning, the cookies are baked, the gifts are wrapped, the fridge is stocked, the stockings are hung....

There is nothing left to do but enjoy the company of our loved ones over good food and great wine.

We will start the holiday by gathering together to give praise and prayers of gratitude for the good fortune to have so many blessings of family, health, love and security.  I wish all of these things for you as well.
