Vacation Eve

I'm organizing.   I've got lists.   Laundry is complete (not folded by it's dry at least).     It's Vacation Eve.   Strangely, I feel extremely calm.   It almost makes me wonder what I'm forgetting.   Normally I'm rushing around, fretting that I will forget something, throwing everything I own into the suit case (just in case).     Not tonight.  In fact, I've even stopped for a break to write this post, watch a 30 minute Sex in the City program, and drink a protein shake (too lazy to make dinner, and fridge is cleaned out anway).

I'm going to bring my computer, so will attempt to post throughout the week.

On another note, Whistler has received 5 ft, yes, 60 inches of snow in the last 7 days.   My quad's are trembling let's just put it that way.    Yikes.     First ski of the year on Whistler mountain in 5 feet of fresh snow.     Wish me luck.    Note to self:    pack the Advil.

This is a photo from November 18th - opening day:

I should also mention, I keep forgetting to do my weigh in this week.   You see Hub and I had to go to Toronto on Friday/Saturday for a funeral, so we've been running for a few days.     Hopefully a week of skiing will benefit my "mission".

Have a great week     Can hardly believe December is around the corner.
